The production process of our compunds bases on the non-vulcanized materials (NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM) as surplus by-products (post-industrial rubber) of tyre production in European and USA factories. After refining the specs of such surplus materials, all compounds are produced in our hi-tech modern mixing plant with modern equipment in research-development environment. As it is known the compound is made by mixing polymer, reinforcement material, softener and various chemicals.
